We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering, with a solid background in construction design and a strong aptitude for closing project deals. You will play a pivotal role in both the technical and client-facing aspects of our projects, ensuring that every design meets structural integrity standards while aligning with the client’s vision
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, construction methods, and building materials.
- Demonstrated ability to support or lead client negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.

- Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of designs.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, helping close contracts through persuasive design and technical credibility.
- Assist the business development team with feasibility studies and design proposals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues swiftly and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
